ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the tip of the spear. You own the client relationship, the scope, and the definition of done. You decide what gets built, what does not, and when to tell a client no. This is not an internal product management role and it is not a program management role. You will be embedded with an enterprise client, running discovery, converting messy business problems into AI requirements a pod can build against, and holding a weekly release cadence together while stakeholders change their minds. • Manage scope ruthlessly. Weekly releases only work if the backlog is disciplined and someone is willing to be unpopular.
    • Run the weekly cadence: demo to the client, capture feedback, re-prioritise, and keep the pod pointed at the highest value work.
  • Own stakeholder alignment across business, IT, security, procurement, and legal, and get security and procurement engaged in week one ra
