TheSecurity Consulting Manager leads the delivery of ServiceNow SecurityOperations, Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM), and broadercybersecurity consulting engagements for enterprise clients. The Manager isaccountable for engagement quality, client satisfaction, delivery performance,team leadership, and alignment with contractual commitments and Templar Shieldstandards.
TheManager works directly with client executives and stakeholders across securityoperations, incident response, exposure and vulnerability management, threatintelligence, security posture management, IT operations, compliance, privacy,and technology. This role oversees discovery, planning, solution delivery,governance, issue resolution, and adoption while helping clients use ServiceNowto establish and mature integrated security operations and exposure-managementprograms.
TheManager also helps clients evaluate and implement AI-enabled securitycapabilities using ServiceNow Otto, including intelligent automation, incidentanalysis, exposure prioritization, guided remediation, and agentic workflows.The Manager ensures these capabilities are implemented with appropriatesecurity, privacy, governance, explainability, human oversight, andresponsible-use controls.
Thisis a client-facing consulting and delivery leadership role that leadsArchitects and consulting teams, supports business development and accountgrowth, and contributes to the continued development of Templar Shield’sServiceNow Security Consulting practice. The Manager reports to a Director andis responsible for successful client outcomes, team development, and consistentdelivery across assigned engagements.

Primary Responsibilities:
Client Consulting & Delivery Leadership
- Lead ServiceNow Security Operations and Security Consulting engagements from discovery and planning through implementation, deployment, adoption, and post-production transition.
- Develop a clear understanding of each client’s objectives, security operating model, technology environment, regulatory obligations, risks, and program maturity to guide engagement strategy and delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, maturity assessments, design workshops, executive steering committees, project-status discussions, and governance meetings.
- Ensure engagement deliverables meet client requirements, Statements of Work, contractual commitments, approved budgets, schedules, and Templar Shield quality standards.
- Manage delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining effective communication with client executives, project sponsors, delivery teams, and Templar Shield leadership.
ServiceNow Solution Advisory
- Advise clients on security operations, Security Incident Response, Unified Security Exposure Management, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence Security Center, Security Posture Control, Configuration Compliance, and related cybersecurity practices.
- Translate business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements into ServiceNow Security Operations strategies, maturity assessments, implementation roadmaps, future-state operating models, and measurable business outcomes.
- Provide delivery oversight while Architects lead solution architecture and technical design, ensuring proposed solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Guide clients in developing security operating models, incident-response processes, exposure and vulnerability prioritization methodologies, threat-intelligence workflows, remediation processes, security automation, and integrations with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, threat-intelligence platforms, the CMDB, and other enterprise security tools.
