We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our farm in Wadi El Natrun. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SAP, and the ability to analyze financial data, monitor performance, and prepare reports to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial data and prepare periodic financial reports for management.
* Monitor revenues, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
* Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
* Analyze actual financial results against budgets and identify variances.
* Monitor farm operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
* Extract and analyze financial data using the SAP system.
* Prepare monthly reports and financial performance analysis.
* Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
* Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support management decisions.
* Coordinate with the Accounting, Cost Control, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial reports and data.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* 4–6 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a similar role.
* Strong hands-on experience with the SAP system is a must.
* Previous experience in agricultural companies, farms, or other operational businesses is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Very good Excel skills.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
* Willingness to work and stay at the farm according to the required work schedule.
Work Location: Wadi El Natrun Farm
Work Schedule: 23 working days followed by 7 days off.
