About the roleWe are looking for a Data Engineer who can own and deliver across data engineering tasks, integrations, and marketing systems. This is not a junior learning role: we need someone who can quickly understand production systems, solve problems independently, and ship reliable work.
The core technical base is Python, SQL, and Bash. Experience with Google Tag Manager, pixel/conversion setup, and JavaScript is required. Airbyte and Airflow are nice to have, but not mandatory.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads
Engineering mindset and ability to work with production data systems
Basic understanding of BigQuery, ClickHouse, dbt, and documentation practices
Airbyte or similar ingestion tool experience is nice to have
Basic Airflow familiarity is nice to have
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Support and improve integrations in Airbyte and Airflow
Work with GTM, marketing data sources, tracking, pixels, and conversion workflows
Help move and transform data across BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub, ClickHouse, and external systems
Troubleshoot pipeline, tracking, payment, and data quality issues
Support payment orchestration data flows, including subscriptions and payment processing
Work with different systems in combination and document how data flows between them
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Billing teams
You will develop across GCP infrastructure and DataOps, dbt, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Git, CI/CD, and software engineering practices. The role also includes exposure to internal monitoring platforms built with brokers, microservices, alerting, and observability tools, helping you grow system design skills through real production problems.

High availability: on release days or during urgent tracking/payment setup, you should be ready to help in the evening when needed.
