About us

We see the semiconductor industry as a realm of possibility. We see opportunity. We see the profound impact that our graphene solutions will have in transforming the industry. We invite you to join us in driving change with our fundamentally human-centered approach, uniting bright minds around a shared vision. The vision is: Prove to everybody that you can make a fundamental change. Prove with your knowledge and skills how things can be done differently. Together, we can change the paradigm of how the world connects

About our technology

The semiconductor industry’s growing demand for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower power finds its solution in our technology. We connect chips to high-throughput, low-delay computing networks. The key lies in harnessing the physical properties of graphene to combine electronic computing with photonic communication, allowing countless chips to interact almost as if they were one. Our graphene photonic innovation increases computing power and efficiency to a new order of magnitude

In short, we connect chips to create powerful and energy-efficient networks, overcoming connectivity limitations in the semiconductor industry. We deliver the graphene solution

The Role

We are seeking an Analog / RF / High-Speed IC Design Engineer to support the design and validation of broadband analog, RF, and high-speed mixed-signal integrated circuit blocks for next-generation communication and computing systems. In this role, you will work closely with experienced designers, system architects, and layout engineers from concept through silicon bring-up.

To join our team, you should be excited to:

  • Design and simulate innovate circuit blocks such as current mode(TIA) or voltage mode amplifiers for graphene photonic devices, high-speed drivers, LNAs

  • Run AC, transient, noise, jitter, linearity, stability, PVT, and Monte Carlo analyses to optimize performance and robustness

  • Collaborate with layout engineers on parasitic-aware implementation and post-layout verification

  • Support silicon bring-up, lab characterization, debug, and performance correlation versus simulation

  • Work cross-functionally with system, device, packaging, and product teams to define specs and document results.

Your Qualifications

  • PhD in IC design or a related field, ideally complemented by two to three years of postdoctoral experience

  • Solid foundation in analog circuit design, including gain, bandwidth, noise, linearity, feedback, and stability

  • Curiosity about RF and high-speed systems, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts into robust circuit designs

  • Understanding of CMOS and FinFET device physics and high-frequency circuit behavior

  • Understanding of integrated photonic circuits, particularly modulators and photodetectors

  • Experience with high-speed or RF circuit blocks, such as amplifiers, clocking circuits, SerDes, or optical interfaces

  • Strong simulation, debugging, and data-analysis skills, including the ability to interpret PVT and Monte Carlo results

  • Collaborative approach, clear communication skills, and a willingness to contribute throughout the development process—from concept to silicon

  • Experience with standard custom IC design, simulation, and laboratory debugging workflows for analog, RF, or high-speed development

  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, including:

    • Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre

    • Python for data analysis and automation

    • RF and high-frequency tools such as ADS, HFSS, or equivalent electromagnetic simulation tools

    • Post-layout ex
